“After 20 decades of work, I am very comfortable to hospitality as well as the restaurant business, but in various countries there are different strategies,” he explained, speaking to the communications styles that differ from nation to nation.
This September, Cleofas graduated in this school’s Hospitality Management diploma program using a newfound comprehension of his business’s most in-demand abilities.
“The main skills I learned are on the way to approach unique individuals in a variety of situations during surgeries,” he explained. “There are certain flows and dynamics of operations which you will need to take care of.”
He’s presently a restaurant manager using a few of the world’s biggest fast food chains. He started working for this series in entry positions, then advanced to the use of team leader.
He says a whole lot of what he learned at faculty is directly related to his job. “The faculty taught us the direction abilities which are important for being a supervisor,” he explained. “We constantly have to inspire our employees, provide positive feedback to our staff, and give them chances, recognize their progress. These are contemporary people skills”
